Extends receiver tube by 14" or 18" depending on model, to allow clearance for things such as rear mounted spare tires or deeply recessed hitch receiver tubes.  3500 lb weight capacity, requires 5/8" hitch pins, not sold through site that can be found at any hardware or auto store.
